After more than 15 years of refining her technique, Minneapolis born Rita Pearl Lerman has
found national success with her unique and original designs.

Rita found her medium by combining the vibrant colors and texture that can be created
with acrylic paints.

While her repertoire includes may contemporary subjects, Rita has found her niche in
painting sophisticated and funky shoe art - the object of her desire. Shoes tell a story
about their owner and have their own personalities. Each finished painting is the
steping stone to the next work.

Rita's work gained recognition at the Licensing Show International. Her designs are on industry
leading ICON shoes, handbags, and fashion accessories, greeting cards, paper
posters, giclees and luxurious down type pillows.
